these Terms and Conditions and making a deposit or full payment, the traveler enters into a binding travel contract with <strong>Kalama Safaris<\/strong> (hereinafter \u201cKS,\u201d \u201cwe,\u201d or \u201cus\u201d). Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of our electronic confirmation and receipt.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1db5eba elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"1db5eba\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">2.\tTravelers Requiring Special Assistance <\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b8c139b elementor-widget__width-initial elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"b8c139b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Travelers who require special assistance, including but not limited to those who use a wheelchair periodically or permanently, must be accompanied by a fit and able companion who will be fully responsible for providing all necessary assistance throughout the safari. Kalama Safaris will check with the relevant facilities and accommodations for <strong>accessibility provisions<\/strong> prior to paying the deposit to book a tour.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-35ad6b7 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"35ad6b7\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">3.\tChanges to Itinerary <\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-da0cbaf elementor-widget__width-initial elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"da0cbaf\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The travel contract is based on the KS itinerary provided to you (posted on <span style=\"color: #113a0e;\"><a style=\"color: #113a0e;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.kalamasafaris.com\"><strong>www.kalamasafaris.com<\/strong><\/a><\/span> or emailed). KS reserves the right to make necessary changes due to safety concerns, accommodation availability, weather, wildlife movements, or other circumstances beyond our control. If changes or deviations are required, KS will, in good faith, arrange comparable alternatives at no additional cost to the traveler. We will make reasonable efforts to recover and refund amounts paid, less any non-recoverable costs or commitments already made to suppliers. KS will not be liable for any further damages or losses arising from such events.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6114a06 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"6114a06\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">7.\tUnused Services <\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-acb243b elementor-widget__width-initial elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"acb243b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>If you do not use individual travel services (e.g., due to early return or other reasons), KS will attempt to recover refundable amounts from suppliers. However, this is not guaranteed and does not apply to insignificant services or where refunds are prohibited by law or supplier policy.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f658975 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"f658975\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">8.\tTermination by KS<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d120f28 elementor-widget__width-initial elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"d120f28\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>KS may terminate the contract immediately (at the traveler\u2019s expense) if the traveler fails to follow safety instructions, endangers others, or persistently disrupts the safari despite warnings.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-45ca7df elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"45ca7df\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">9.\tWaiver, Indemnity, and Hold Harmless <\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-795306b elementor-widget__width-initial elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"795306b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>KS carefully selects reliable third-party suppliers (lodges, camps, transportation, guides, etc.).
